Doris Munoz

Dr. Doris Munoz is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in Student and Academic Affairs. Currently she serves as the Associate Vice President for Student Services at Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Prior to FTCC, she served as the Assistant Provost for Student Retention and Persistence Initiatives at Methodist University, also in Fayetteville. Her extensive experience encompasses several areas, including student activities, fraternity and sorority life, student clubs and organizations, student conduct, student clearance and onboarding, academic and career advising, military and veteran services, academic support, financial aid, enrollment and admissions, student employment, and college transfer. Munoz is adept at implementing student success initiatives to enhance retention and persistence rates. Her dedication to student success and retention is unwavering, as demonstrated in her current role as NACADA: The Global Community for Academic Advising Region 3 Chair.
