Michelle Paden

Michelle, a TRIO Alum, started her career at Davis & Elkins Upward Bound before moving to WVU as an academic advisor in University College. As luck would have it, Michelle was able to return her focus to supporting first-generation students where she now leads the charge to connect all first-generation students, faculty, and staff together. Michelle is happy to share the wins they have been able to reach at WVU with the guidance of the FirstGen Forward.
