Pam has been in the academic advising profession for nearly three decades and has primarily advised first-year, first-generation, at-risk, undecided/exploring, and adult/non-traditional students, as well as students who have been placed on academic warning, probation, and suspension. Her primary values and interests have remained grounded in post-secondary access and completion, academic and career advising, student persistence and success, and personal and professional development.
