Stephanie Dykas

Stephanie Dykas is a senior academic advisor within the Forensic and Investigative Science department at WVU. She completed degrees in Forensic Biology and Biochemistry in 2022, while also completing a Crime Scene Internship in Fairfax County, VA in 2021. Those experiences have allowed her to advise students in the Forensic Biology, Forensic Chemistry, and Forensic Examiner majors with a true STEM background and background in the same or similar courses/experiences they often face. She is originally from the Poconos in PA, but moved to the Mountain State to help students figure out the best path for them. Outside of work you're likely to find her baking, hiking, or spending time with her local church community.
