Socialization and networking are great ways to get to know your colleagues.
As more professional development opportunities and work meetings have been moved online, we aren’t offered as many situations in which to develop working relationships, connections and problem solve with our colleagues as we had prior to COVID.
Getting to know your colleagues has a host of benefits, including better job satisfaction.
Our goal is to build a network of professionals across our University. All members of our community – advisers and advising-adjacent members – are welcome and encouraged to attend! Bring a friend!
