West Virginia residents or graduates of West Virginia institutions of higher education are eligible to apply for the Hazel Ruby Mcquain Graduate Scholarship.
Scholarship winners may take the funds to any US accredited institution for graduate study, and the scholarship may be used on top of other funding opportunities (like graduate assistantships). Applications will be accepted through March 16.
