Thanks to the Office of the Provost, there's a special opportunity to travel up to the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) Conference this year on the WVU Let's Go bus! While you are still responsible to paying conference fees, the bus is free! You can spend more time with your fellow WVU advisers while enjoying daily transportation to and from the conference.
This year, NACADA will be held in Pittsburgh from October 27-30 and is a great way to advance your advising professional development, hear presentations and new research, and network to meet advisers from a wealth of other schools and colleges. And riding the bus up to Pittsburgh allows for more time with WVU colleagues!

Advisers must register for the conference before signing up for the bus. If a department is sponsoring an adviser to attend the conference, the department is not responsible for paying per diem. The cost of lunch will be on your own.

Sunday’s (10/27) evening keynote can be livestreamed. There will no bus service on Sunday. Monday activities include poster sessions beginning at 8:00 a.m. The bus likely will not make it to the conference in time to check into the conference and view all the poster sessions.
